The U.S. Government has issued a request for quotes for the servicing of air conditioning units located in its leased residences. The contractor selected will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, tools, consumables, manpower, and materials required to complete the task.

The regular service includes cleaning screen filters, coils, and fans with a water hose, as well as cleaning the condensing unit and evaporator. Additionally, the contractor must top up refrigerant gases R22 and R410 when needed during the servicing period.

Interested parties are encouraged to download and review the information package for further details. All quotes must be submitted by June 16, 2025. Submissions should be sent to SuvaProcurement@state.gov.
