A high-ranking diplomat stationed in Seoul, Korea, is seeking a full-time cook. The position involves planning, proposing, and executing menus for both official and non-official events at the diplomat's residence. Responsibilities also include creating shopping lists, performing the shopping, maintaining accurate records of food, beverages, and kitchen-related equipment, as well as keeping the kitchen area clean. The cook may also be required to serve at dinner parties and receptions or perform other duties as assigned by the employer.

Applicants are expected to have a culinary degree or at least two years of experience in cooking international and western cuisine. Experience in preparing food for representational functions is preferred. Candidates should be able to read English recipes and plan menus with minimal supervision. Basic English language skills are necessary.
