Ambassador Eugene Young recently extended his congratulations to Congolese participants who returned from the United States after taking part in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), a notable U.S. government initiative.

The program saw Mr. Emmanuel Valery engaging in activities centered on transparency and accountability within governance. Mrs. Nathalie Makani, President of the Children’s Court, and Mr. Christin Moufouta, a judge based in Brazzaville, participated in sessions focused on combating human trafficking. Additionally, rapper Derly Nganga, known by his stage name Wayé, was involved in a program emphasizing civic engagement through hip-hop.

The IVLP serves as a platform for exchanging best practices and fostering dialogue and international cooperation. It aims to enhance mutual understanding, build sustainable professional networks, and support initiatives that promote positive change.
