The U.S. Embassy Conakry's Public Diplomacy Section, part of the U.S. Department of State, has announced an open competition for organizations to submit a statement of interest (SOI) for projects aimed at strengthening ties between the United States and Guinea. Interested parties are encouraged to apply as soon as possible since awards will be granted on a rolling basis depending on available funds.

Applicants must first provide a concise statement of interest in English via a designated form, outlining their project ideas and objectives. This initial submission is part of a two-step process and does not constitute a full proposal nor guarantee federal assistance at this stage.

Applications are due by July 1, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. GMT.
