The United States Embassy in Brazzaville is seeking a company to replace the ceiling structure of a 150-square-meter building at one of its residences located in downtown Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. The proposals must include labor, materials, equipment, debris/waste removal, transportation, and necessary services for the described work and must comply with both local and American construction specifications.
Interested parties must meet certain conditions:
- Have at least five years of experience.
- Provide three references (phone numbers) from companies for which similar work has been completed in the past five years.
If subcontracting is considered, the subcontractor must provide the required information mentioned above.

Should your company be selected, a site visit will be arranged to allow you to prepare your technical and commercial proposals.
