U.S.-Oman partnerships seek proposals for cultural and educational exchange programs

The U.S. Embassy in Muscat is seeking proposals for programs aimed at enhancing cultural, educational, professional, and scientific ties between the United States and Oman. The Public Affairs Section of the embassy encourages submissions that emphasize shared values and foster bilateral cooperation.

Eligible applicants include public and private higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations with or without 501(c)(3) status, think tanks, civil society organizations, individuals, as well as eligible public international organizations and governmental institutions.

Proposals should address one of the following priority areas: Cultural and Artistic Exchange; English Language and Education; Entrepreneurship and Economic Development; or STEM and Innovation. Each program must incorporate an American cultural element or involve American experts or institutions to promote a better understanding of U.S. policies and perspectives.

The Notice of Funding Opportunity may be amended or canceled depending on fund availability.
