The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City has announced several contract and procurement opportunities for companies interested in providing services, supplies, or goods. These opportunities are open to businesses of various sizes that have the necessary permits and licenses to operate in Mexico.

Companies interested in offering their services should submit their Unique Entity Identification (UEID), company information, and a brief description of the services or products they offer. "Send this information to the email address indicated on the advertisements, pointing out which type of product or service your company would like to offer," states the embassy.

To participate, companies must obtain an NCAGE/CAGE code and register with the System for Award Management (SAM) if they intend to submit quotes for actions exceeding $30,000. The registration process requires international offerors to secure an NCAGE code before registering with SAM.

One specific opportunity involves supplying 200 units of the 360° Combi Glass HEPA + Carbon Air Purifier Filter compatible with the DYSON PURIFIER HOT+COOL HP07 model. Interested vendors can contact the GSO Procurement section at MexicoCityGSOSolicitations@groups.state.gov for further details about this requirement, which is open until May 16, 2025.

Additional requests for quotations include trash collection services (Notice ID 19MX5325Q0025), local media services (Notice ID 19MX5325Q0024), preventive maintenance services for electrical, gas, and diesel boilers (Notice ID 19MX5325Q0039), fuel management systems (Notice ID 19MX5325Q0038), photovoltaic systems maintenance (Notice ID 19MX5325Q0037), generator maintenance services (Notice ID 19MX5325Q0036), cooling towers maintenance (Notice ID 19MX5325Q0034), and waste collection services under RFQ No. 19MX5325Q0002.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM Database prior to submitting a quotation according to FAR provision 52.204-7. Detailed guidelines for registration are available at https://sam.gov/content/entity-landing.
