The U.S. Embassy in the Philippines has announced a change in its consular document delivery services. The Consular Section will now use LBC as its courier for visa applications, replacing the previous service provider, 2GO Express.

LBC offers Premium Drop-off and Pick-up services for visa applicants at all of its 99 branches nationwide, with a fee of Php 440.00. However, pick-up and drop-off services for Philippine passports and documents at LBC's Mall of Asia branch remain free of charge.

For inquiries about passport or document delivery status, LBC can be contacted via email at ustraveldocssupport@lbcexpress.com or through their hotline at (+632) 8858-5999.
