Alexander Schober has assumed the role of Global Head of the Infrastructure sector at KfW IPEX-Bank, effective May 1, 2025. This development follows Aida Welker's transition to the Management Board of KfW IPEX-Bank, which also occurred on May 1, 2025.
Schober has a long-standing relationship with KfW IPEX-Bank, having joined the institution in 2008. During his tenure, he has held significant positions including Director of the representative office in São Paulo. He also served as Head of digital infrastructure and energy infrastructure.
While Schober takes on his new responsibilities in the Infrastructure sector, KfW IPEX-Bank continues its operations in other sectors such as Energy, Mobility, and Industries & Commerce.
