In line with Women’s Health Month, Secret, a significant player in women’s personal care, is highlighting issues surrounding menopause. This phase of life, although natural, is often avoided in public discussions. To change this, Secret is collaborating with Tamsen Fadal, a recognized menopause advocate and author of the bestseller "How to Menopause." The collaboration focuses on providing women with resources to manage symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats during perimenopause and menopause.

Secret has launched the Whole Body Dry Feel Deodorant, an aluminum-free product that ensures all-day odor protection using plant-based components. The Clinical Dry Spray, another offering, promises double the protection of regular antiperspirants with its quick-dry formula that leaves no residue. Tamsen Fadal remarks, “There are many symptoms associated with menopause and one of the most common is persistent body odor. Personally, this symptom affected me the most which is one of the reasons why I teamed up with Secret because I want to empower women to confidently navigate the changes their bodies are going through."

As an extension of their mission, Secret has become a charity partner of Let’s Talk Menopause, a nonprofit aiming to transform public dialogue about menopause. Fadal collaborates with the organization on an episode of the “Hello Menopause!” podcast, tackling topics like body odor and hot flashes. Samara Daly, co-founder of Let’s Talk Menopause, states, “We recognize that menopause is a natural and significant stage in a woman's life, deserving of celebration and support, not stigma or shame."

Secret’s products, including the Clinical Antiperspirant and Whole Body Dry Feel Deodorant, aim to offer all-day freshness across various parts of the body. Kate DiCarlo, Senior Communications Director at Procter & Gamble, adds, “For many women, menopause can feel isolating, but women don’t have to go through it alone. Together with our partners, Secret empowers women and communities through resources and support.”

For those interested in learning more, Fadal's "How to Menopause" is available in bookstores, and the “Hello Menopause!” podcast can be accessed on major platforms like Spotify. Secret products are stocked at major retailers nationwide, with further information available on their official website.

Procter & Gamble, the parent company, is renowned for its portfolio of leading brands available worldwide. More about P&G's initiatives can be found on their website.

Similarly, Let's Talk Menopause is committed to eliminating the stigma surrounding menopause, advocating for healthcare improvements, and providing educational resources. Their initiatives remind women they aren't alone in their menopausal journey.
