The U.S. Embassy to Libya has issued a request for quotations (RFQ) for services related to content creation and event management within Libya. The services required are outlined in the scope of work attached to the request.

The period of performance for the contract is six months, with an option for extension. Companies interested in bidding are instructed to submit VAT-free quotations via email to Mulleraa@state.gov. The email should be titled "RFQ# (19TS8025Q0002 – PR15077078), Media Coverage and Event Management Services" and directed to the attention of the GSO Contracting Officer.

Proposals must include signed copies of the NDAA acceptance document and the Certification of compliance with applicable federal anti-discrimination law, both of which are attached to the RFQ. The Embassy urges companies to submit competitive quotes, although the RFQ does not obligate the embassy to award a contract.

The U.S. Government plans to award a Purchase Order to the company providing the technically qualified, lowest price quotation. Payment will be processed according to the prompt payment act, within 30 days post receipt of a correct invoice, with no advance payment available.
