The United States Mission to the United Nations in Geneva is seeking pricing rates for the rental of vehicles with or without drivers. The request for services covers a period starting on January 1, 2025, and extending through December 31, 2026, on an on-call basis.

The rental services sought include a range of vehicles, specifically:

- Mercedes Class V with options for full day or half-day with a driver, overtime, and transfers to and from Geneva Airport.

- Mercedes Class E with similar rental terms.

- A minibus for 17 passengers available for full day or half-day with a driver, overtime, and airport transfers.

- Mercedes Class S and Mercedes Maybach with comparable terms.

- An SUV available for a full day with or without a driver, half-day with a driver, overtime, and airport transfers.

- A large-capacity car with 50 seats offered for full or half-day rentals with a driver, overtime, and airport transfers.

There is a flexible cancellation policy which allows for no charge if canceled within 24 hours.
