The U.S. Embassy has issued a notice for travelers planning to visit the United States, urging them to complete their online visa applications promptly. The Embassy announced that from May 19 to May 29, consular online services will be extremely limited due to an update of visa application systems.
Individuals who have already completed their applications are assured that they can proceed with their visa appointments as scheduled. However, there will be no possibility to start, modify, submit, or reschedule an online visa application during this period.
In cases where there is an urgent need to travel during the planned outage, and travelers are unable to start the application process, the Embassy advises contacting customer support. Assistance is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, either by calling +381 11 3050551 from Serbia or +1 703 520 2414 from the United States. Alternatively, inquiries can be sent via email to esee_contactus+rs+info+en@visaops.net.
