U.S. Embassy seeks bids for roof anchor installation at CMR in Conakry

The U.S. Embassy in Conakry, Guinea is requesting quotations from vendors for the installation of permanent roof anchors at the CMR. Interested bidders must submit their proposals by May 7, 2025, by 00:00. Quotations received after this deadline will not be considered. Proposals must be submitted electronically to ConakryProc@state.gov and must be written in English. Incomplete submissions will be disregarded.

To qualify, vendors need to complete several documents including SF-1449, pricing information, representations and certifications, IRS Form W-14, proof of SAM Registration, and a Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management Questionnaire along with a C-SCRM Software Producer Attestation Form. These documents must ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11.

Submissions should be in MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format. File sizes should not exceed 30MB. If the total size is larger, files should be submitted in parts, each under 30MB, via separate emails.

Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory before submitting proposals, as outlined under FAR 4.1102. Vendors not registered at the time of proposal submission may find their proposals non-compliant and thus excluded from further consideration. Therefore, vendors interested in responding are urged to register without delay.
