The United States Government has issued a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for MSG cook service, identified under the number 19BA3025Q0002. Companies interested in submitting their quotations must adhere to the instructions provided in Section 3 of the solicitation and complete all required parts of the attached documentation.

The government plans to award the contract to a qualified company that submits an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The decision to award is expected to be made without holding discussions based on the initial quotations received. However, discussions may be held with companies within the competitive range if necessary.

All inquiries regarding the solicitation should be directed to Manamaprocurement@state.gov no later than 16:00 local time on May 13, 2025. Potential bidders must ensure their proposals are submitted by the deadline, which is May 20, 2025, at 16:00 local time. Submissions after this time will not be considered, and proposals must be complete and in English.

Quotations need to be sent electronically to the designated email address. They should be formatted using MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf), with the total file size not exceeding 30MB. Should the submission exceed the size limit, bidders must divide the files across separate emails, each under 30MB.

The solicitation package includes several attachments: the Cover Letter, NDAA 889 Compliance form, and the RFQ document identified as Request for Quotation 19BA3025Q0002.
