Andrea Casati has been appointed as the new Head of Client Development for Global Banking at Standard Chartered. He will assume his position on May 6, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as Vice Chair, Advisory and Financing Solutions at UniCredit. His extensive career spans three decades in investment banking, including senior roles in equities sales and trading, equity capital markets, and advisory at JP Morgan, UBS, and Goldman Sachs across Europe, the US, and Asia.

Andrea will be based in Hong Kong and will focus on collaborating with product and coverage partners to strengthen relationships in the Bank’s target client sectors and enhance cross-sell opportunities. He will join the Global Banking Management Team and will report directly to Henrik Raber, Global Head of Global Banking.
