The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ING Groep N.V. took place today in Amsterdam. During the meeting, several key decisions were made regarding the company's operations and leadership.
Participants in the AGM agreed upon and adopted all items on the agenda. This included approval of the annual accounts for the year 2024, the discharge of the members of both the Executive and Supervisory Boards, as well as the dividend for 2024.
Significant appointments were confirmed during the AGM. Steven van Rijswijk and Ljiljana Čortan were reappointed to the Executive Board. Additionally, Stuart Graham and Petri Hofsté were newly appointed to the Supervisory Board, while Margarete Haase and Lodewijk Hijmans van den Bergh were reappointed to the Supervisory Board.
