The United States Embassy in Conakry, Guinea is set to award a contract for internet services for Marine Security Guards. Prospective bidders should submit their quotations electronically by May 2, 2025, to the email address ConakryProc@state.gov.

Quotes must be presented in English, and proposals that are incomplete will not be entertained. The vital components include the completion of SF-1449, Pricing in Section I, Representation and Certifications in Section 5, and additional data as outlined in Section 3. Offerors are also required to include a completed IRS Form W-14 to comply with FAR 52.229-11, proof of SAM registration, and a completed Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Questionnaire and C-SCRM Software Producer Attestation Form.

Electronic submissions must be in MS Word 2007/2010, MS Excel 2007/2010, or PDF format, with a total file size not exceeding 30MB. If submissions exceed this size, they should be split into separate files and sent in separate emails, each below the 30MB limit.

Participation in the SAM (System for Award Management) database is recommended prior to sending proposals. Offers submitted without SAM registration may be deemed non-responsible, and further consideration will not occur.
