They also assessed their satisfaction levels and whether they would recommend their banks to others.
This marks the second consecutive year ING has received such recognition from Forbes. Announcing the winners, Forbes highlighted ING's focus on providing personalized experiences with the help of new technologies. It emphasized the bank's use of generative artificial intelligence in chatbots to enhance response times and the facility of offering loans within minutes through transactional data.
