Drivetrain Analyzer Cloud, a significant innovation within the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio, is designed to aid companies in reducing the energy consumption of their drive systems through energy-based maintenance.

The Connection Module IOT collects data from the drive train and sends it to the Drivetrain Analyzer Cloud. The cloud calculates and displays operating data like load, electrical power, and energy consumption. It uses AI-based algorithms to detect deviations from optimal operation, monitor energy use, CO2 emissions, and costs, generating suggestions for optimization.

The data-driven approach calculates the return on investment, allowing users to allocate future investments accurately. This enables actions such as adjusting engine control and maintenance intervals, which can cut energy consumption by 10 to 20 percent. The cloud-based nature supports sharing results across different sites, enhancing manufacturing infrastructure efficiency. Insights from the cloud can be integrated into energy management systems.

Siemens introduces the Siemens Industrial Copilot for operations to facilitate usage. The GenAI-based chatbot provides support in native languages, aiding users in interpreting data. The copilot enhances Drivetrain Analyzer Cloud's value, enabling customers across the value chain—from design to services—to leverage the technology.

Drivetrain Analyzer Cloud supports industrial companies in improving energy efficiency, crucial for sustainability objectives.
