Samsung Electronics has unveiled Gemini Live, a new AI experience for the Galaxy S25 series, providing real-time visual conversations with artificial intelligence. This feature is set to be available at no extra cost starting April 7th.

The AI-powered Gemini Live aims to enhance everyday interaction by allowing users to engage in more natural, conversational interactions. By pressing and holding the side button, Galaxy users can activate Gemini Live to evaluate what the camera sees while participating in a live conversation.

This new tool can assist users in tasks such as organizing their closets or selecting outfits. By pointing the device's camera, users receive advice on categorizing items and optimizing space. Additionally, when shopping online, they can share their screen to gain personalized style suggestions. With real-time responses, the AI acts like a supportive companion.

Jay Kim, Executive Vice President and Head of Customer Experience Office, Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics, noted, “Together with Google, we are marking a bold step toward the future of mobile AI, delivering smarter interactions that are deeply in sync with how we live, work and communicate.” He added, “With this new visual capability, Galaxy S25 series brings next-generation AI experiences to life, setting new standards for how users engage with the world through their devices.”

The rollout of Gemini Live with camera and screen sharing will commence on April 7th across the Galaxy S25 series. More information about the series can be accessed on Samsung Newsroom, Samsungmobilepress.com, and Samsung.com.
