The meeting focused on reaffirming the robust relationship between the United States and Denmark. According to Spokesperson Tammy Bruce, the discussions included shared priorities such as increasing NATO defense spending and burden sharing, as well as addressing threats to the Alliance, specifically from Russia and China. Rubio and Rasmussen also reviewed ongoing coordination aimed at enhancing stability and security in Europe and securing a lasting peace in Ukraine.
