The U.S. Mission in Geneva is seeking to acquire various electrical supplies through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The supplies in question include, but are not limited to, light bulbs, electrical plugs, sockets, and cables. According to the statement, the selected vendor must be no more than a 30-minute drive from the U.S. Mission.
This BPA will be established on a Firm Fixed Price basis with an estimated value of CHF 20,000 over a five-year period. The estimate serves as the U.S. Government's best projection of market prices over this time, with no obligation to purchase any predetermined amount. Notably, no individual purchase will be authorized to exceed CHF 9,000.
The contractor is requested to provide special pricing conditions, potentially offering discounts by material type or special rates. Importantly, the U.S. Mission is exempt from VAT.
The Government's financial obligation will only extend to the authorized Calls that are executed under this BPA. Interested vendors are invited to submit electronic proposals by April 14th, addressed to brasierga@state.gov. The email submission should be completed by the close of business on the specified date.
