INSEAD has revealed that Her Majesty Queen Máxima of the Netherlands will be among the participants at the INSEAD Alumni Forum Europe 2025 in Amsterdam. The event, scheduled for April 4-5, will address the theme "Lead with Integrity, Shape the Future Now!" and gather over 1,000 delegates, including business leaders and policymakers.

Queen Máxima will engage in a conversation with Mark Stabile, focusing on financial health. As the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Financial Health, she emphasizes the importance of responsible access to financial services. She stated, "We want to ensure that people can use financial products and services that help them get a grip on their day-to-day income and expenses..."

Her Majesty will also interact with selected INSEAD alumni to continue exploring financial health themes. Francisco Veloso, Dean of INSEAD, expressed, “We are honored to welcome Her Majesty Queen Máxima to the INSEAD Alumni Forum.”

In addition to Queen Máxima, the forum will host speakers such as European Commissioner for Climate Action Wopke Hoekstra, Heineken CEO Dolf van den Brink, and Rabobank Chair Stefaan Decraene. Key discussion points will include climate resilience and technological innovation.

The INSEAD Alumni Forum is part of the school's Lifelong Learning programme, connecting its alumni with global issues and leaders. Discussions this year will center on four critical themes: managing climate risk, feeding the world responsibly, tech innovation, and leading towards fairness and safety.
