ING completed another week of its €2.0 billion share buyback programme, originally announced on October 31, 2024. During the week from March 24, 2025, to March 28, 2025, the company repurchased 2,754,057 shares. The average purchase price of these shares was €18.58, for a total expenditure of €51,159,385.70.
The share buyback programme aims to reduce the share capital of ING. Up to this point, 95,458,780 ordinary shares have been repurchased at an average price of €15.68, totaling €1,496,818,479.61. This accounts for approximately 74.84% of the maximum total value planned for this programme.
