The U.S. Embassy located in Banjul has announced its request for quotations (RFQs) from vendors for a contract involving the supply and spreading of cockle shells. The proposed locations for the project include the Chancery and Warehouse parking areas.

The specified scope of work involves the supply and delivery of five truckloads, each carrying 20 cubic meters of cockle shells, designated for the Warehouse. Additionally, three truckloads of the same capacity are planned for the Chancery. The vendor's responsibilities also include spreading the shells at these locations and ensuring site cleanup in compliance with safety regulations.

Interested vendors must submit their quotations by the deadline of April 3, 2025, at 11:30 AM GMT. Quotations should be sent to BanjulGSOProcurement@state.gov in either MS-Word, MS-Excel, or PDF formats, with the email attachments not exceeding 30MB each.

The embassy requires vendors to quote in Gambian Dalasi (GMD) and provide a timeline for delivery following notice to proceed.
