The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking a firm to provide web hosting, mail, and newsletter services. This requirement is outlined in Solicitation No. TPE200-25-Q-0004, with a closing date of May 2, 2025.
Firms interested in responding must be technically qualified and financially responsible. Key requirements include the ability to understand English, having an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing, demonstrating prior experience with suitable references, and maintaining good experience and past performance records of at least 15 years in a related field.
Additionally, firms must have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources to perform the work. A minimum business capital of twenty million dollars in NTD is required. All licenses and permits as per local law should be held by the firm along with meeting all local insurance requirements. The firm should have no adverse criminal record or political or business affiliations contrary to AIT's interests.
