The U.S. Embassy in Vietnam has issued a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Design-Build Construction Services in the country. The notice clarifies that offers or proposals will not be accepted at this stage.

The upcoming solicitation targets design and construction firms, with any contracts awarded to be firm-fixed price. Locally-owned businesses legally eligible to provide architecture, design, and construction services are invited to submit proposals for future projects. These projects include district hospitals, rural clinics, schools, disaster shelters, water wells, and similar infrastructure.

Interested companies should contact dll-cepoa-ct-ha@usace.army.mil for further details before the official solicitation is posted. The Phase I solicitation is expected around early April on the U.S. Embassy and SAM.gov websites. Eligible companies are encouraged to monitor these platforms for submission instructions.

It is important to note that all costs related to preparing Phase I and II proposals are the responsibility of the submitting companies. This project depends on fund availability; if canceled, proposal preparation costs will remain with the proposing companies.
