Casey Mace Deputy Chief of Mission | U.S. Embassy in Singapore

The U.S. Embassy in Singapore is preparing to establish a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for hardware supplies. The agreement aims to partner with companies that are technically acceptable, responsible, and committed to providing services to the U.S. Government at or below market prices.

According to the announcement, "the Government will only award the number of BPAs that we believe is sufficient to meet our needs and regulatory competition requirements." The embassy plans to award these agreements based on initial responses but may engage in discussions with companies if necessary.

A BPA differs from a contract in that it does not bind either party by its terms and conditions. The government has no obligation to purchase any specific amount under this agreement. Orders may be issued as needed by an authorized government representative, and acceptance of an order by a BPA holder will result in a binding contract for that particular order.

Interested vendors are encouraged to submit their information demonstrating their capability to supply and deliver hardware supplies for the U.S. Embassy. Submissions should be sent via email to SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov by March 31, 2025.

The communication was signed by Liam E Fitzgerald, the Contracting Officer.
