The U.S. Embassy in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, has issued a request for quotation (RFQ) for packing and shipping services. The embassy is seeking contractors to provide a range of services including packing, freight handling, forwarding, cargo storage, customs clearance, and other related activities. These services are required for shipments originating from or routed through Ouagadougou or elsewhere in Burkina Faso.

Prospective offerors must ensure their bids remain valid for 30 days. Submissions should be sent to ougprocurementlist@state.gov by March 21, 2025, no later than 10:00 AM local time.
