Jonathan Kaplan Ambassador | U.S. Embassy in Singapore

The United States Embassy in Singapore is seeking quotations for a hygrothermal study at a government-owned residence. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) is not yet available, but interested parties are encouraged to express their interest by sending a written request to SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov.

Companies wishing to participate should provide the name and address of the company, the name and designation of the requestor, as well as contact details including an email address, office telephone number, and mobile phone number. Once the RFQ is ready, it will be sent electronically to those who have expressed interest.

The RFQ will include details about site visits, requirements for quote submissions, and deadlines. The U.S. Government plans to award a contract based on initial quotes that meet technical acceptability criteria without engaging in discussions unless necessary.

For further inquiries, Ong Choon Peng can be contacted via email at SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov.

Sincerely,

Liam E Fitzgerald

Contracting Officer
