The World Bank Group is in the process of developing a new Country Partnership Framework (CPF) with Poland for 2025-2030. The organization is seeking public input to identify key development priorities for the nation over the next six years.

The CPF aims to outline significant development outcomes that the World Bank Group intends to support in Poland. Although Poland is recognized as a high-income country, it faces several challenges, including rapid population aging, decarbonization needs, job creation, economic competitiveness, and resilience against natural events like floods and droughts. The draft CPF suggests a selective program of interventions to tackle these issues. These outcomes align with the priorities of the Polish government and address main challenges identified in reports such as the WBG Systematic Country Diagnosis (SCD) and the Country Climate and Development Report (CCDR).

Consultations are being held with various stakeholders, including government bodies, international financial institutions, civil society groups, and private sector representatives. These discussions aim to exchange views on Poland's development opportunities and determine how best the World Bank Group can support them.

Feedback from these consultations is vital before finalizing the CPF document. Interested parties are encouraged to share their opinions by March 20, 2025. Comments or suggestions can be sent via email to kbastian@worldbank.org with "Poland CPF Online Consultations" as the subject line.

Guiding questions have been provided to assist in giving feedback: What are Poland's most important development priorities? How should the World Bank Group support Poland’s agenda? What changes could improve program effectiveness?
