The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) is seeking an insurance company to provide Third Party Liability Insurance for 67 official vehicles. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. All interested companies must be technically qualified and financially responsible.

Companies responding to this request must meet several criteria. They need to have a permanent address and telephone listing in Taiwan and demonstrate prior experience with suitable references. Additionally, they should provide auto liability insurance approved by the Taiwan Financial Supervisory Commission (金融監督管理委員會). A history of good performance records, spanning at least five years in the Taiwan insurance industry, is required.

Potential bidders must also possess the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources to perform the work in Taiwan. All required licenses and permits under Taiwanese law are essential, along with compliance with all local insurance requirements. Companies should not have any adverse criminal record or political or business affiliations that could conflict with AIT's interests.

Interested parties can contact AIT Procurement via email during office hours from Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm before March 14, 2025, for further information.
