The U.S. Embassy in Tunis has announced a request for proposals concerning the renovation of recreation center locker rooms, visitor toilets, and corridors. The project will involve replacing doors, wall tiles, floor pavement, and plumbing fixtures according to a specified Scope of Work and bill of quantities.
Interested parties are required to attend a site visit scheduled for March 7th, 2025 at 10 am at the American Embassy in Tunis. Prospective participants must email their intent to attend by March 5th, 2025.
Quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes containing separate technical and financial offers. Technical offers must demonstrate business establishment proof, include signed documentation indicating understanding of the work required, SAM registration proof, and references from similar projects. Financial offers should exclude VAT and be signed and stamped.
Submissions must be addressed to the American Embassy Tunis with reference RFQ PR15141623 – GSO/Procurement by March 17th, 2025 at 10:00 am. Late proposals will not be considered.
The U.S. Government aims to award the purchase order to the technically qualified bidder offering the lowest price quote. Payment will follow receipt of order within 30 days after receiving an original invoice with banking information.
