A U.S. Consular Officer will be in Guadeloupe on February 26, 2025, to process applications for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad by appointment only. This visit is strictly for these services, and visa-related queries will not be addressed.
The appointments will take place at Batiment Jardivillage, Jardiland Jabrun, Etage Face Jarry, 97122 Baie-Mahault from 09:00 to 16:00. Applicants must schedule their appointments online at https://bb.usembassy.gov/consular-outreach-visits-for-u-s-citizen-services as walk-ins are not permitted.
Applicants are required to bring a completed passport application form available at http://travel.state.gov, two passport-size photos (2” x 2”), original proof of U.S. citizenship such as a previous U.S. passport or birth certificate, a social security card, and a prepaid air waybill for the return of the new passport. Additionally, printed proof of online payment is necessary since all payments must be made in advance through specified online platforms.
For children under the age of 16, additional documents include the child's birth certificate and both parents' identification documents or a notarized Form DS-3053 if one parent cannot be present.
Fees vary depending on the service requested: US$135 for a child’s passport under age 16; US$165 for an adult's first passport; US$100 for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad; and US$50 per signature for notarials. Renewal of passports issued less than 15 years ago can be done by mail with a fee of US$130 if the expired passport is presented.
