Consular representatives from the U.S. Embassy in Brasilia will be visiting Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, on March 17-18, 2025. A consular officer will be available to meet with U.S. citizens to accept applications for U.S. passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad (CRBA), as well as provide notarial services. To arrange an appointment with the consular officer, individuals should email BrasiliaACS@state.gov with "Belo Horizonte" in the subject line by March 12 at 5:00 p.m. The email should include the age and full name of all persons seeking services, the type of service required for each person, and a telephone number with area code.

Appointments are mandatory and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation of appointments will be sent via email along with the exact location in Belo Horizonte.
