The U.S. Embassy has announced a consular visit to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, scheduled from March 5 to March 7, 2025. During this period, consular personnel will provide routine U.S. passport and citizenship services at the Treasury Office Conference Room.

Passport services will be available on Wednesday, March 5th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm; Thursday, March 6th from 9:00 am to noon and again from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm; and Friday, March 7th from 9:00 am to noon.

To secure an appointment for these services, individuals are advised to visit the provided scheduling system link. It is crucial for applicants to bring both original documents and copies required for submission as no copying services will be available during appointments.

The embassy emphasizes that applications must be generated online with a barcode strip on the top left side of the application form. Handwritten applications will not be accepted.

Priority processing will be given if a current passport is expired or set to expire within two months of the appointment date. For adult passport renewals using form DS-82, appointments are not necessary; applicants can drop off their completed applications along with required documents at specified times.

For child passport renewals under age sixteen and other specific cases such as first-time adult applicants or those applying for a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA), detailed instructions including necessary documentation are provided in the announcement.

Payments can be made online via Pay.gov or through bank drafts payable to "U.S. Embassy Nassau." Completed passports will be returned via courier service upon providing a prepaid airway bill with the application.

Further information regarding U.S. citizen services can be found on the U.S. Department of State’s website or by contacting U.S. Embassy Nassau directly through their provided contact details.
