The embassies of France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States have issued a joint statement regarding electoral reform in Serbia. The statement expresses support for President Vučić's commitment to implementing recommendations from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
"We welcome President Vučić’s pledge to implement ODIHR recommendations and therefore expect the government of Serbia to seek ODIHR’s assistance," reads the statement. It further emphasizes the need for cooperation with relevant institutions to ensure that these recommendations are implemented "fully and effectively" before the upcoming elections this spring.
