Morgan Stanley at Work has announced a series of technology enhancements aimed at improving automation and user experiences across its workplace benefits platforms. These platforms include equity compensation, retirement, executive services, as well as savings and giving programs.
The company's Equity Edge Online (EEO) and Shareworks platforms currently serve about 40% of the S&P 500 in the United States. EEO clients can now customize incentive award packages, use data points to define automated rules for ESPP eligibility, streamline trade restriction management, and approve international tax rates more efficiently.
On the Shareworks platform, new features include stock certificate filtering and sorting options for Private Markets participants, increased flexibility in tender offer workflows through customizable tables, digital spousal consent within the platform, and consolidated tax mobility engine upgrades.
Mark Mitchell, Chief Product Officer of Morgan Stanley at Work stated: “As we continue to innovate, our focus remains on delivering greater scale and ease for those managing a mobile, global workforce. We’re investing heavily in performance enhancements across all our platforms—saving time for critical tasks and taking our cutting-edge administrative experiences to the next level. There’s much to look forward to in 2025 as we chart a path toward a more fully integrated user experience.”
