The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District is set to host an industry event in Warsaw, Poland, on December 4, 2018. The event, titled "Event for Industry: Working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers," will take place at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel.

This gathering aims to provide an overview and general information regarding upcoming construction projects in Poland for the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, NATO, and other U.S. Department of Defense and Federal Agencies. These projects are designed to enhance infrastructure and interoperability between U.S., Polish, and NATO forces.

Attendees will receive insights into USACE design-build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB) construction projects in Poland. The event will also offer a question-and-answer session and networking opportunities for contractors and subcontractors.

USACE plans to establish various contracts in Poland, including Multiple Award Task Order Construction Contracts (MATOCs), a Job Order Contract (JOC), and stand-alone C-Type contracts.

Interested participants must pre-register by emailing Allison Blount at allison.m.blount@usace.army.mil with the subject line "USACE Poland." Registration details should include name, passport number and country of issue, company affiliation, contact information, and reason for attending. The deadline for registration is November 28, 2018.

There is no cost to attend; however, attendance is limited to two persons per firm. Late or telephone registrations will not be accepted.
