The Fulbright Program, established in 1946 by United States Senator J. William Fulbright, has grown to be one of the most recognized scholarship programs globally. Over its history, 59 recipients have been awarded the Nobel Prize and 37 have become heads of state. This year, 58 Polish scientists, students, and doctoral candidates were granted Fulbright scholarships to pursue research and educational opportunities at leading universities across the United States.
From Seattle to Boston, these Polish academics are set to advance their studies while fostering deeper ties between Poland and the United States. The U.S. Embassy extended its congratulations to these scholars, wishing them success in their endeavors.
The Embassy also announced that the next recruitment cycle for Fulbright Polska will begin in February 2019. Interested individuals can find more information at https://fulbright.edu.pl/stypendia-do-usa/.
