The U.S. Embassy's Office of Agricultural Affairs has launched the "Ameryka od Kuchni" program, aiming to enhance awareness of U.S. foods, beverages, and ingredients among Poland's culinary, retail, HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café), and food processing sectors. The initiative involves collaboration with U.S. food and beverage industry partners to highlight the quality of American products and their potential benefits for local businesses in these industries.

In November, the program was introduced in Krakow as part of the 2018 GastroFood HORECA trade fair, where the United States served as a partner country. Eight partners from the USDA "Ameryka od Kuchni" pavilion engaged with over 1,500 visitors at the event. They conducted culinary demonstrations at the Masters Kitchen and took part in discussions during HORECA Talks. Throughout the three-day event, companies participating at the USDA pavilion gathered more than 300 trade leads.
