Sun Life U.S. has achieved a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for the 16th year in a row, earning the Equality 100 Award. The CEI is a national survey that evaluates workplace equality for LGBTQ+ individuals. Diontha Fancher, director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at Sun Life U.S., stated, "Maintaining a perfect score on the Corporate Equality Index year after year shows us that our culture and inclusive practices are working, and have positive impact on our employees."
