Representatives from the Regional Federal Benefits Unit will visit Quito and Cuenca in Ecuador from December 2 to 5, 2024. This visit aims to provide services related to U.S. Social Security and other federal benefits for U.S. citizens residing in Ecuador.

The U.S. Mission in Ecuador has confirmed that the representatives will be available at two locations: the U.S. Embassy in Quito and the Abraham Lincoln Cultural Center in Cuenca.

U.S. citizens do not need to schedule an appointment as services will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. It is essential for attendees to bring both original documents and photocopies of each required document.

To prepare for their appointment, visitors should note that they cannot bring purses, bags, backpacks, or electronic devices into the Embassy premises. Additional entry requirements can be found by reviewing the security guidelines on the official website.
