Taipei Fubon Bank introduced two significant innovations: the "Fubon+" App and the "Eagle Eye Anti-Fraud Model." The app consolidates multiple financial services for user convenience, while the anti-fraud model is Taiwan's first AI-based early warning system for identifying unusual transactions. Taipei Fubon Bank has also established the "Eagle Eye Alliance" to share this model with other institutions at no cost.

Fubon Life focuses on digital transformation to assist customers in planning for retirement. The company offers a "Policy Health Check System" using OCR technology and big data analysis to help customers evaluate their insurance coverage.

Fubon Insurance has integrated an AI voice customer service robot into its 0800 line to enhance service efficiency. This system allows customers to articulate desired transactions directly and operates 24/7.

In response to rising investment-related fraud cases, Fubon Securities has developed anti-fraud mechanisms and reporting processes. The company has reported 15 fraud cases this year, preventing losses exceeding NT$46 million. At the FinTech exhibition, they introduced a boxing game machine incorporating common fraud techniques to educate the public.

Fubon Asset Management presented an interactive experience zone titled "Experience AI, Smart Investment," where visitors could engage with AI image generation technology for personalized investment recommendations.
