J.P. Morgan Wealth Management has been recognized as the top firm in customer satisfaction for both self-directed and full-service investors, according to the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Wealth Management Digital Experience Study. This study evaluates customer satisfaction with wealth management websites and mobile apps.
The firm has now become the most-awarded brand since the inception of this study by J.D. Power in 2022. Clients have the option to invest independently through the J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing platform or with guidance from a J.P. Morgan Wealth Management advisor, both offering a digital experience that facilitates portfolio review, money transfers, trading, and exploring investment opportunities.
“Our clients deserve exceptional service whether they invest on their own or with an advisor,” stated Kristin Lemkau, CEO of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. “We have not become the firm with the most J.D. Power awards by taking this commitment lightly.”
J.P. Morgan's digital experience scored 45 points above average for self-directed investors and 59 points above average for full-service investors, leading all other firms in customer satisfaction according to the study.
“Customers want a digital experience that offers banking, investing and lending together,” said Rohan Amin, Chief Product Officer of Chase. “Our teams are working to ensure the Chase app, our website and our branches offer a consistent experience that meet our customers’ needs and expectations.”
The company continues to innovate its Self-Directed Investing platform by adding features such as fractional shares for over 3,000 stocks and ETFs, enhanced performance views and screeners, market alerts, and a simplified trade ticket.
All Chase digital clients can create personalized financial plans on their app or website without cost, allowing them to set goals and track progress. Over two million clients have utilized this tool since its launch.
J.P. Morgan Wealth Management achieved the highest score in both segments of self-directed and full-service investors in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Wealth Management Digital Experience Study (Published 11/21/24). The ratings do not guarantee future success or results; further details can be found at jdpower.com/awards.
