On October 1, the DEG office in Singapore held a reception at the National Gallery Singapore. The event, titled 'Expanding Strategic Horizons,' brought together approximately 100 guests, including customers, partners, and stakeholders. A key feature of the gathering was a panel discussion on 'Corporate Resilience.' Monika Beck from the DEG Management Board joined industry experts to explore important aspects of maintaining corporate resilience in an evolving environment. Attendees also had opportunities to network and share ideas.

The occasion marked a stronger presence for DEG in Southeast Asia with the introduction of Nadegda Kolesinski as the new office director in Singapore. Kolesinski has led the office and its team since July. She commented on Singapore's growing significance as a financial hub for Southeast Asia: “Our increased presence in Singapore gives us the opportunity to work even more closely with our partners and establish new networks. This enables us to better identify and promote sustainable investment opportunities throughout the region.”

DEG operates in several Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Collaboration between these offices aims to harness regional synergies and enhance customer support.
