Binance has announced its incorporation into Argentina's Virtual Asset Service Providers Registry by the National Securities Commission (CNV), marking its 20th regulatory milestone worldwide. This development allows Binance to expand its full range of services to users in Argentina.

According to a press release by Binance, the CNV has incorporated Binance into the country's registry, following recent regulatory achievements by the company in regions such as India, Kazakhstan, and Indonesia. This complements its existing licenses in jurisdictions like Dubai, France, Japan, and El Salvador.

With this registration, Binance's website and application will be fully accessible to users in Argentina. The company’s compliance program includes anti-money laundering policies, a framework to combat terrorism financing, and identity verification processes aimed at enhancing user protection and ensuring a secure financial environment.

Guilherme Nazar, Binance's head of Latin America, said that "Argentina is a key market for Binance" and emphasized their commitment to working closely with authorities to develop the industry sustainably and securely for the benefit of both the crypto community and society.

Binance operates as a major global blockchain platform with the largest digital asset exchange by trading volume. The company offers various financial products and services within its comprehensive ecosystem, which includes educational resources, research initiatives, charitable activities, and an NFT marketplace. In 2022, Binance reported significant activity with an average daily trading volume of $65 billion and 300 billion spot transactions.
