The Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association has launched a strategic partnership with the Toigo Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering diversity in finance and access to talent. The collaboration will provide training to Toigo fellows.

According to a CAIA Association press release, through the partnership, the organization, a global professional body for the alternative investment industry, will offer more than 2,000 Toigo fellows and alumni three key opportunities: alternative investment education, extensive networking, and unparalleled industry exposure.

The press release states that the collaboration provides the fellows with access to two educational programs: Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charter and the Fundamentals of Alternative Investments (FAI) Certificate. These trainings will instruct on alternative investments, which will bring them distinction in a competitive job market. They also will receive networking opportunities through a series of curated events.

"We have long been admirers of the Toigo Foundation and the important work they’ve been doing over the past 30+ years to help organizations build more inclusive workplaces and leadership teams," John Bowman, CAIA president, stated in the press release. "By providing current Toigo Fellows and Toigo Alumni with access to the full range of our educational offerings, we aim to help Toigo in its mission to empower an ever-growing range of professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their respective careers."

"This partnership with CAIA is a significant step forward in our mission to foster the career advancement of highly talented women and men in finance," Nancy Sims, president and CEO of the Toigo Foundation, said in the press release. "Through CAIA’s comprehensive educational resources, our Fellows and Alumni will gain valuable insights and expertise, enabling them to continue to lead with impact in the investment industry."
