The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has released the results of a survey related to antisemitic and anti-Israel attitudes across J7 task force countries, where some of the largest Jewish populations reside outside of Israel. The poll revealed that 56% of respondents agreed with the "dual loyalty" trope, or the notion that Jews are more loyal to Israel than to their home country.

According to an ADL press release, the survey also found that belief in the trope "Jews are responsible for most of the world’s wars" rose to 23% in Argentina (up from 13% in 2019); 19% in the United States (up from 5% in 2015); 17% in France (up from 3% in 2023); and 17% in Germany (up from 4% in 2023).

The survey further showed that Millennials (born 1981-1996) in J7 task force nations demonstrated the highest level of antisemitism, while Millennials and Generation Z (born 1997-2012) held the least favorable views of Israel. On the other hand, Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964) and the Silent Generation (born 1928-1945) have the most favorable views.

The ADL stated that the survey underscores a trend where as Israel is demonized, support for Hamas increasingly normalizes. More than 15%, on average, of respondents expressed "very" or "somewhat favorably" views of Hamas.

"After years of antisemitism mostly keeping to the fringes of society, it is alarming to see the percentage of people who harbor antisemitism and anti-Israel beliefs rising both in the United States and around the world," Jonathan Greenblatt, ADL CEO stated in the press release. "This troubling trend demands our immediate attention and unified action. We will continue to work closely with our partners in the J7 Large Communities’ Task Force Against Antisemitism to record incidents and trends, combat extremism, and ensure the safety and security of Jewish communities globally."
